Alex Nguyen is developing a practice with an emphasis on real estate law. His practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions but particularly focuses on mortgage assistance relief services, which include negotiating short-sales; deeds in lieu; and loan modifications on behalf of borrowers. He also assists lenders with distressed loans through modifications, workouts and exercising remedies including foreclosure. Mr. Nguyen’s practice also includes counseling clients on day-to-day real estate matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, distressed real estate investments, financing and general contract matters.
