Michael Tirey
Mr. Tirey has substantial experience in litigation having practiced in both federal and state courts, including district courts, county courts and small claim courts. Mr. Tirey has developed, implemented and managed litigation strategies in an assortment of civil actions ranging from premises liability claims to breach of contract claims. Mr. Tirey has also represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Mr. Tirey counseled small businesses and corporate entities through the process of terminating business operations, drafted commercial real estate leases for property management companies, analyzed real estate leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants and negotiated contract terms. Mr. Tirey's practice also includes representing individuals and businesses in real estate matters, business entity formations, loan modifications and contracts.
