Virtual Assistant – Legal Administrative Support (Remote)

We are a Dallas-based real estate law firm seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant.
No prior legal experience is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and willing to learn specialized procedures.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks accurately.
Responsibilities

- Fill out eviction petitions
- Submit filings
- File motions
- Schedule court hearings
- Follow up with courts regarding case status
- Follow up with the County Treasurer as needed
- Track deadlines and maintain organized case records
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Important Qualities for Candidates

- Experienced with Word, MS Office
- Ability to learn new systems, such as Clio Practice Management Software
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable learning new procedures
